While still considered the weakest Maple Anniversary item available, this artifact nevertheless fetches a highly reasonable price on the Free Market and is treasured by most Maple Anniversary item collectors. There are actually 2 versions of this flag, a red one and a blue one. The red one signifies the 1st anniversary, and the blue one signifies the 2nd anniversary.

Past Ways to obtain the flag
You can get this "sword" during May for MapleStory's Anniversary events. Talk to Cody in the left exit of Henesys and kill Candle Monsters in his quest for 10 Birthday Candles. Talk to him again with the Birthday Candles in your inventory to obtain the Flag.
Current Ways to Obtain
At this time, it is not available during anniversary events. The only way to get one is to buy one from FM at this time.
