Kerning City (often shortened to "Kerning") is a large urbanized city.

It features:

• The Dark Lord, who allows thieves and thieves-to-be to advance in their jobs

• A Regular Cab that can transport players to other cities on Victoria Island

• Don Giovanni and Dr. Andre, who can change a player's hairstyle

• Shumi, Nella, Alex, Icarus, and Jane Doe, who offer quests

• A subway worker, who sells subway tickets

Kerning City's Location

Kerning City is located in the western region of Victoria Island, south-west of Perion, north of Lith Harbor and north-west of Henesys.
