As one of the two second job advancements for the Thief, the Bandit is one of the fastest, most dangerous jobs in the game. Of course, you start out weak, but you come out of it, bursting into your third job with huge amounts of damage and speed.
Second Job Introduction
This is where it gets fun! You've figured out the basics of the Thief, and you are now on your way of achieving what you've set out to do! The Bandit is a very fast, lethal character, so use your new powers to good! Bandits use a dagger as the main weapon. It enables them to strike quickly from up-close. Although the training may seem tough at times, later on you will realise that it was worth it.
Job Advancement Procedure
Finally, level 30! Time to make the second job advancement! To make the second job advancement, go back to where you first got your job of Thief and talk to the Dark Lord. When you talk to him, he will give you a letter to take to his instructor.
The instructor is two maps east of Kerning City; Talk to him. Buy 50 or 60 orange potions before leaving. He'll take you to the advancement area. The only way to get out is to change channel or die. All I can say after this is, go after the monsters. Get 30 dark marbles, return to the thief instructor and obtain the proof. Now, go back to The Dark Lord (Long lecture comes). Choose the Bandit and then confirm your choice. Congratulations! You are now a Bandit, and have just proceeded into your second job advancement!
Job Analysis
Being a Bandit means that you are on your way to becoming an expert with Daggers. The skills you acquire, the armor that you wear, the money that you have in your storage are all factors which determine the advantages and disadvantages of your chosen profession. In this case, it is the Bandit. Below, is a small list of general advantages and disadvantages in your ongoing career as a Bandit.
Pros

Places To Train
Below are some recommended places where you should train, and monsters of which you should train off.
Level 30-35
Wild Boars and Evil Eyes are good for now. As an Bandit, you may want to try Wild Boars, or try Evil Eyes. Also, if you're into making big money from drops go to Chronos in Ludibrium but only if you have many potions and you are a Bandit.Levels 30-32 should go to Ant Tunnel 1 & 2 and train on Horny Mushrooms and Zombie Mushrooms.Note From Player: Bandits can also go to Wild Boars around level 33-35.
Level 35-40
By now, you should be pretty strong. You can make a choice of either Wild Boar or Fire Boar for both Assassin and Bandit. Wild boars would still be good until the mid forty's (40-43),even though it is a pain.
Level 40-45
Try Jr. Cellion, Jr. Lioner and Jr. Grupins. They give good EXP and great drops. Another place to train for bandits is at Ticks in Ludibrium. They give more exp than Jr. Cellions, Jr. Lioners and Jr. Grupins with the same ammount of health, but they spawn less and drop worse items. If you're a bandit with 21+ Savage Blow you might want to try going to Chronos also in Ludibrium. They aren't too difficult to kill with a scrolled dagger and/or warrior pills.
Player's Note: You can do the Ludibrium PQ for great exp., and great drops.
Level 45-50
By now, you should be able to fight Star Pixies. They drop a fair amount of Pan Lids and give decent EXP. For fast leveling please go to the Ludibrium PQ.
Level 50-55
Luster Pixies or Zombie Lupins. Good drops and good EXP. Stone Gollems or Block Golems in Ludibrium would also be good. Another nice option would be the Jr. Yetis and Hectors around Icy Path II. Another option is going to Dangerous Cave (which is the path to Pianus that can be found in The Grave of a Wrecked Ship located in Aqua Dungeon) and training on Flyeyes. There's a quite good spawn, and some decent drops, as well as the exchange quest that can be completed. They give 95 exp opposed to Zombie Lupins 90, and have less HP, although the Bandit class will have to purchase more HP pots.
Level 55-60
Zombie Lupins, Flyeyes, Luster Pixies, Jr. Yetis, and Hectors, possibly even White Pangs would be good at these levels as well. Crocos are also good, as there's a chance you can obtain your lv 60 top & bottom, and Crocos give the same exp as Hectors but have 800 less HP. You can also try Dark Stone Golems, which drop Tobis and Dark Identitys. Lorang and Clang are nice, but hold off on Torties until you're able to 2 hit kill them as they have some good drops (10% Glove ATK Scroll, anyone?) If you do decide to go to Hot Sand or Clang and Lorang, bring a party with you.
Level 60-70
You can either go to Drake's Meal Table or Hot Sand. Coolie Zombies are the best exp at these levels. It will be hard to get a spot though because pratically every other class trains there. Flyeyes near Pianus are still a viable option at these levels as you will most likely kill them with 1 hit as opposed to Zombies with 2 hits, plus it is also less crowded than the Zombie maps.
