Requirements
- Available to all
- Level 40 and above
Procedure
Pre Big Bang
- Talk to Elpam. He is found in New Leaf City.
- Head to the Whirlpool of Time in Ludibrium. Collect 60 Temporal Fragments, which are dropped by Tick-Tock.
- Return to talk to Elpam again.
Post Big Bang
- Talk to Elpam. He is found in New Leaf City.
- Head to the Krakian Jungle Basin or Ice Chamber in New Leaf City. Collect 60 Temporal Fragments, which are dropped by Electrophant.
- Return to talk to Elpam again.
