Steps to Complete Quest
- Talk to Black Mesoranger in Kulan Field I in Omega Sector.
- Collect 3 notes from Chief Grey.
- Talk to Black Mesoranger again.
Reward
- 25 000 Mesos
- 5 800 Experience Points

go to Kulan Field IV and find the chief grey then just Change channel and look in the same spot. and do this until you have all 3 messages
