NPCs
Kerning City (often shortened to "Kerning" or KC) is a large urbanized city.
It features:
- The Dark Lord, who allows thieves and thieves-to-be to advance in their jobs
- Lakelis, who allows groups of players to enter the party quest
- An equipment shop, where equipment, mainly for thieves, is sold
- Dr. Faymus, who sells potions and miscellaneous items

- A Regular Cab that can transport players to other cities on Victoria Island
- Don Giovanni and Dr. Andre, who can change a player's hairstyle

Kerning City is located in the western region of Victoria Island, south-west of Perion, north of Lith Harbor and north-west of Henesys.
