Procedure

Pre Big Bang

1. Talk to Elpam. He is found in New Leaf City.
2. Head to the Whirlpool of Time in Ludibrium. Collect 60 Temporal Fragments, which are dropped by Tick-Tock.
3. Return to talk to Elpam again.

Post Big Bang

1. Talk to Elpam. He is found in New Leaf City.
2. Head to the Krakian Jungle Basin or Ice Chamber in New Leaf City. Collect 60 Temporal Fragments, which are dropped by Electrophant.
3. Return to talk to Elpam again.

• 70% Dark Scroll for Gloves for Attack
• 2488 experience points
• 5 Fame
