Description
- Talk to The Lost Soldier on Level 93 of Eos Tower
- Collect 30 Propellers.
- Collect 30 Worn-Out Goggles.
- Speak to him again.
- This quest is repeatable every 24 hours, for the same reward (a great way to make some extra mesos - by NPCing or selling the scrolls to other players).
