Basic Thieves's Guide

The Basics

Thieves sure might sound surprising to make a job to be... But here's a pro and cons chart to help you out!

Pros

  • Easy to level
  • Two different ways to go, not too much decisions. Once you mastered it... You can get haste or you get to steal... up to you!
  • Claw Thieves:
    • Long-ranged
  • Dagger Thieves:
    • Daggers and claws are swift
    • Cheaper to upkeep: can train without using MP pots/projectiles
    • Savage Blow both looks and is cool

Cons

  • Claw Thieves:
    • If a hard monster that does too much damage get too close... You can't protect yourself!
    • Costs a lot of mesos, especially for throwing stars and claws
  • Dagger Thieves
    • Close ranged: In the future such as Zakum, you will get cursed/damage more often than far-ranged!
