- Must complete quest Kong Ji's Request Extracting Artemisia
Procedure
- Talk to Kong Ji in Korean Folk Town.
- Retrieve a Steel Hoe from Blins (found on top of the Goblin Mountain or Hidden Street: Haunted House).
- Talk to Kong Ji again.
