Creation from Boredom~
Okay, so I was bored one day, and my friend was nagging me, asking what PQs (Party Quests) he should do. That gave me an idea to make a really brief guide on my page:
Lv. 1~9: To be honest, if you're pqing during this level period, I have no choice but to flag you as a hacker O-O. For the rest
of you Lv. 1~9 people, follow the rules, do your class quests and level =]
Lv. 10~23: Finally! Your out of the very beginning stages! Right now, the only PQ I would recommend and think of would be HPQ, which
stands for Henesys PQ (for specific PQ information, please refer to this wonderful guide by kennytran4[1].) This PQ is the first in a chain of wonderful PQs, all designed to help you level!
Lv. 24~30: HPQ getting a little boring, training even more, and your around Lv. 24-ish? Kerning City Party Quest awaits you! Now,
the experience and rewards of this party quest is nothing like the state of the town it is it (Kerning seriously needs
some patching up to do =.=)! Also, this is your first party quest that has multiple stages and sometimes patience testing
combination stages. Enjoy you PQing experience and killing the boss, King Slime! (Search Kerning PQ in Maplewiki for more
detailed guide.)
Lv. 31~34: This is a more personal note, but from my experience, you should train from Lv. 31 to about Lv. 34 before trying your
next PQ, which will be Monster Carnival PQ (CPQ). This is because a lot of people will not want you in their party if
you are at a low level. Don't be discouraged! Train! Train! Train!
Lv. 35~40: Congratulations! Time for you CPQ experience! At first, CPQ may seem a bit confusing and fast paced, but don't worry,
you'll catch on fast enough! CPQ, if you win (I would recommend Trade Win (TW)), you will get TONS of exp. Add in the
bonus of getting an A rank in the PQ it's a whooping 30,000 experience for you! And one PQ only takes 10 minutes! Last
but not least while you're on your rampage in CPQ, don't forget to look for shiny golden Maple Coins, which can be
traded in to Spiegellman (don't worry, I could never spell his name right ether =.=) for future weapons to use. And if
all this weren't enough, if you have the patience to store up 50 Maple Coins, you can trade them in for a Spiegellman's
Necklace, an awesome pendant for your level! Got all your weapons and Necklace, but still have 40 extra coins?! Don't
worry, because there's still the Spiegellman's Marble, which can be used on your Spiegellman's Necklace for a boost of
+30 HP and +30 MP! WOW!
Lv. 41~50: Again, this is a personal note, but CPQ was only fun for me until about Lv. 40, because then I was being accepted into
Ludibrium PQ parties! Some people prefer to level up until 50 solely on CPQ, but I love LPQ (Ludibrium Party Quest)
because it's more exciting and interesting, compared to CPQ.
If you decided to LPQ, first of all, it's, in my opinion, an upgraded version of KPQ! Multi-stages, combination stages,
a boss called Alishar (not sure if it's a penguin or whale). But, LPQ experiences and rewards far exceeds KPQ! While you
only get a maximum of about 3,000 experience for KPQ, you get a gigantic amount of 30,000~40,000 experience!!! Now you
might ask: "But this is the same amount of experience gained in CPQ, and CPQ only takes 10 minutes!". Ahh, patience, my
friend, because at the end of a succesful LPQ, there is a 1 mintue stage filled with boxes, that when broken, let loose
a cascade (seriously, not exaggerating) of mesos, potions, and if your lucky, level 50 equipments! Didn't get any
equipments from the bonus stage? Don't be sad, because to exit the PQ, you have to talk to a NPC called Artuto, and he
may also give you equipments, but this time ranging from level 50 to 60, including useful scrolls!
ALERT! ALERT! ALERT! PLEASE READ!!!!! Because of storyline confusion, I will not be including in Elin Forest PQ in this guide. Sorry!
~Obviously this guide is not completed yet, because your Mapling life doesn't end at Lv. 50 (at least I would hope not). I will finish it when I have more time =]
