- Over Level 37
Procedure
- Talk to Wiz the Librarian at Helios Tower Library.
- Complete the quest The Lost Seed.
- Complete either the quest Opening Nolbu's Gourd or the quest Opening Hongbu's Gourd. You will be rewarded with the Storybook On Hong Bu and Nolbu
- Talk to Wiz the Librarian again.
