When you're in level 70, go to El Nath- Chief Residence in Orbis. Talk to Robeira (magician), Rene (bowman), Tylus (warrior), Arec (rouge)or Pedro/Fedro (pirate). It depends on your class. They want you to get Necklace of Strenght and bring it to them. To get Necklace of Strenght you need Black Charm. It can be found in The Path of the Glittering Crystal. You can find The Path of the Glittering Crystal in Cursed Temple: Forbidden Altar in Sleepywood. Walk untill the end of the path and enter the portal. Defeat the wiseman's dark side and bring Black Charm to Grendel (magician), Athena Pierce (bowman), Dances with Balrog (warrior), Dark Lord (rouge) or Kyrin (pirate). It depends on your class. You'll get Necklace of Strenght in return for Black Charm.
When you've brought Necklace of Strenght to the 3rd job instructor. You'll be told to go to Holy Ground at the Snowfield (Sharp Cliff I) to get Necklace of Wisdom. You need one dark crystal to answear five questions to get Necklace of Wisdom. After you've gotten the Necklace of Wisdom, bring it to the 3rd job instructor and he/she will advance you.
