  1. Talk to Elex. He is just right of Ferdi, nearby.
  2. Gather 5 Sprouts by hunting Potted Sprout, found in Edelstein Park, left of Edelstein.
  3. Talk to Elex again. Choose 'Peace' as your answer to his question.
