Find the signboard Wanted : Green Mushroom Signboard. It is located at Singing Mushroom Forest: Spore Hill in Henesys.
Hunt down 33 Green Mushrooms
Speak to The Rememberer to collect your prize. He is floating above the entrance to Sleepywood.

1st time:

2nd time onwards:

This quest is repeatable, but can only be repeated once every 24 hours
When repeating this quest, you will be asked to defeat 999 Green Mushrooms, and the reward is reduced. This is not a glitch.
From the second time on, the reward never changes
Partying with others is an effective way of getting this quest done quickly; all your party member's kills will be counted as your own
