Master M's Order's
1. Talk to Agent E, located in most towns. Ask about this quest to initiate it. 2. Proceed to Mu Lung as it seems only they drop the orders. Collect 20 Master M's Command Scrolls from Mu Lung monsters. 3. Return to Agent E to get reward.
