Skills

Straight.png Straight

Uses MP to speed up the punch to rapidly attack enemies.

  • Type: Active
  • Prerequisite: None
  • Level 1: -6 MP, 156% Damage, targets 1 Enemy
  • Level 20: -14 MP, 270% Damage, targets 1 Enemy

Somersault Kick.png Somersault Kick

A devastating kick that accompanies a backward somersault. Attacks all enemies in the vicinity.

  • Type: Active
  • Prerequisite: None
  • Level 1: -8 MP, 84% Damage, targets 3 Enemies
  • Level 20: -16 MP, 160% Damage, targets 6 Enemies

Quick Motion.png Quick Motion

Increases accuracy and avoidability.

  • Type: Passive
  • Prerequisite: None
  • Level 1: Accuracy and avoidability + 2
  • Level 10: Accuracy and avoidability + 20

Dash.png Dash

Press left or right arrow twice to temporarily boost speed and jumping ability. The effect wears off if you stop, attack, or change directions.

  • Type: Active
  • Prerequisite: None
  • Level 1: -14 MP, +12 Speed, +1 Jump, Lasts for 4 Seconds
  • Level 10: -5 MP, +30 Speed, +10 Jump, Lasts for 20 Seconds

Esummon.png Sprite Summon: Lightning

Summon a Sprite that defends you. It increases the defense of the caster, and attacks nearby enemies.

  • Type: Active
  • Prerequisite: None
  • Level 1: MP - 11 / 105 seconds / 21 Attack Power / WDEF +10 / MDEF +10
  • Level 20: MP - 20 / 200 seconds / 40 Attack Power / WDEF +25 / MDEF +25

Skill Build

There are two main builds for Strikers. Since Master Level of Quick Motion for Strikers is only 10, you can put extra 10 skill points in other skills.


1. Dash Build

10: Lightning + 1

11~23: Straight M, Somersault Kick M

23: Dash + 2

24~26: Dash + 3

27: Dash + 2 Quick Motion + 1

28: Quick Motion + 3

29: Quick Motion + 3

30: Qucik Motion + 3


Final Skills:

Quick Motion 10

Lightning 1


2. Lightning Build

10: Lightning + 1

11~23: Straight M, Somersault Kick M

23: Lightning + 2

24~26: Lightning + 3

27: Lightning + 2 Quick Motion + 1

29: Quick Motion + 3

30: Qucik Motion + 3

Training & Leveling Up

10~12 - Hunt in Ereb. The monsters in Ereb still give good EXPS.

10~18 - Hunt in Henesys Pig Farm, going for Pig and Ribbon Pig. Very good hunting place.

18~25 - Go for Octopus in Caution Falling Down. A LOT of monsters around there, and A LOT of EXPs! One of the greatest map to hunt in Maplestory.

21~30 - Go to Ariant through Manji and the Secret Group Quest. Hunt Scorpion and Sand Rat in Sahel 1, Sahel 2, Sahel 3, and Dust Blowing Hill.


When you accomplish Level 30, go back to Ereb, and visit Hawkeye. With simple quest, you can be 2nd Striker.
