   Target is that small store in MapleStory with a man standing outside of it all the time. you can only really have a long chat with him there is some kind of event. After completing the event go and talk to him, he might give you some kind of pass for MaplePoints or just MaplePoints themselves. for each normal event he might give you 100 points which you can use in the MTS(Maplestry Trading Service) or in the CashShop. But bare in mind that the cheapest thing you can get for MaplePoints or NexonCash costs $120.
