Must be wearing Alcadno's Cape
You must of finished quest Russellon's Items for Experiment.

Procedure

Talk to Russellon in Lab - Centre Gate
Kill 80 Roid
Talk to Russellon again

Rewards

30 Melting Cheese
43000 Experience Points
Opens quest Life Alchemy, and the Missing Alchemist.
