Prerequisite
- Must be wearing Alcadno's Cape to acquire quest
- Must first complete quest Russellon's Items for Experiment
Procedure
- Talk to Russellon in Lab - Centre Gate of Magatia.
- Go to Lab - Area B-3, find a potion there on top of a table, and take the potion.
- Return to Russellon.
