Description
- Talk to Maria, found in the map "Rainbow Street: Split Road".
- Maria will ask you to take a letter to the Chief in Amherst.
- Head to Amherst and talk to the Lucas, the chief.
- He will ask you to take a letter back to Maria.
- Backtrack to Maria and talk to her again. Quest complete!
- Note: If you receive a red headband from this quest, do not be tricked into trading it for a different hat. Red headbands are slightly better that the other hats as they give +1 accuracy.
Rewards:
- Random 5 weapon defense hat (Skullcap or Headband)
