Once you have collected, return to Officer Chung. Move on to the next map, China: The Path and follow the map below to reach the other end of the map.

Talk to Officer Huh and proceed on to the next map to kill 1 Giant Centipede. Once you have kill it, return to Shanghai Wai-Tan and give the item to Chief Officer Chu.
