Description
The SOS Letter seems to be a random drop near the Aquarium City. (In orbis go down the tower, through the basement and out the porthole)
There doesn't seem to be a quest for these items listed on maplewiki. (forgive me i'm a noob so i dont know monsters names. but 2 things dropped this item. [the tiny pink seal riding the blue otter] and [the big and slow orange fish].
SOS Letter - Worth 1 Meso in shops (leads me to believe it is used for a quest)
