The guide on this page was created for an older and outdated version of Maplestory and is now inaccurate to the current gameplay and no longer deemed useful. Please do not edit or delete this article.
Hello Maplers, welcome to my Warrior guide. Also, I will not put in the AP build until lvl 10-40 because Maplestory changed the beginning, Beginners and Noblesses cannot put any AP Points until Lvl 10. If this is your first character, I suggest you read a Beginner Guide. First of all, you'll need to know the Pros and Cons of a Warrior before you move into bigger spots.
Pros: High amount of HP, Very good combat, Does not require expensive mana potions, Fun to play with
Cons: Low amount of MP, Ranged attacks not very often, Requires money for White and orange potions, Hard to level
Now that you know their Pros and Cons (PCs), let's move onto the description of a Warrior.
A Warrior is a job that uses swords, axes, and . They have very good amount of HP, while MP, is low. Warriors are also the 2nd hardest job to lvl. If you are looking for a fast leveling job, either choose a Thief or a Cygnus Knight (any Cygnus Knigh will do).
All right, you might be getting bored of the text, so we'll move onto the "real" guide.
                 AP (Ability Point)
Just make sure your DEX is 5+ your lvl. That should be enough. As for STR, as high as can be.
                 SP (Skill Point)
Lvl 2-4: Everything on Nimble Feet
Lvl 5-7: Everything on Three Snails
Why nimble feet? Because Warriors don't get much speed boosters. Three Snails? Because

Warriors do not have any ranged attacks until 2nd-4th Job.

            Lvl 10: 1+ Power Strike
Lvl 11-15: Each lvl up put 2+ Power Strike and 1+ Improving HP Recovery
Lvl 16-20: Each lvl up put 1+ Power Strike, 1+ Slash Blast, and 1+ Improving HP Recovery
Lvl 21-25: Each lvl up put 1+ Power Strike, 1+ Improving HP Recovery, and 1+ Improving HP Increase
Lvl 26-28: On lvl 26 put 3+ on Power Strike, On lvl 27 put 3+ on Slash Blast, On lvl 28 put 3+ Improving HP Recov
Lvl 29-30: Put the SP on anything you like except Iron Body and Endure

Why you want make Power Strike first and Slash Blast for later lvls? That's because Slash Blast won't be as strong as Power Strike, also, Slash Blast takes away HP and MP. Why no Iron Body and Endure? Because in my opinion those skills are almost useless... (not finished with guild yet, I beg you not to edit it)
