Here is a list of quests found within Ossyria, with a minimum requirement of levels ranging from 21-30.

Moppie the Lone Dog/Dawg

This quest is very very simple. Just talk to Moppie in Orbis town and then talk to Lisa who is to the right of Moppie.

Fairy's Horn Flute

I don't really remember this quest very well but I can tell you most about it. To do this quest you have to finish the Lone dog quest first. Talk to Lisa and she'll ask for these items: Solid Horns, Stiff Feathers, and Leathers. If you are below level 30, I suggest that you wait until you're a higher level. To get the items, just kill Jr. Cellions, Lioners, and Grupins.If it is taking to long to get the feathers and leathers, you can always head back to Victoria island and kill some pigs.

Fairy's Horn Flute 2

Just talk to Moppie. Something special will happen once you get the flute..

Lisa's Medicine

Talk to Moppie and then talk to Lisa.

Lisa's Medicine 2

For this quest, I'm pretty sure that you had to get some potions (which is available at the potion shop in between Moppie and Lisa) and a Fierry's Tentacle. Note: Do not go back to Victoria Island to get the tentacle. There are Fierry's in Orbis (but in low spawn).

A Request from Moppie

After you have done all those back-breaking quests with Moppie, Moppie will ask you to find his owner somewhere in Orbis Tower. I think it's kind of obvious who he is so I don't have to tell you.

Food Hunting for Moppie 1,2,3

After you talked to the owner, he will ask you to hunt food for Moppie. The first time, he will ask you to get 100 pepe's fish, on the 2nd time he will ask for 200 pepe's fish, and on the 3rd time he will ask you to get 300 pepe's fish. The best place to find pepe's is most likely on the first floor of orbis. ITS SWARMING WITH THEM !!!

The View of the Ocean.

I find this quest quite worth it if you want fast experience. Talk to that fairy walking around in the potion shop in Orbis. She will tell you that she heard rumours that Aqua Road is just as nice as Orbis or something so she wants to see what Aqua Road looks like. She'll ask you to get a photo album. Head down to the first floor and go through that door next to the portal leading to El Nath. You are now in Orbis Tower B2. Continue heading down the tower until you're in Aqua Road. Now, keep on taking the portal on the right until you're at the town in aqua road. Jump onto one of the platforms with a hole or a door on it and press up. You will now be in an aquarium where you see creatures like BALROGS (dont worry, they wont hurt you.)Head up through the aquarium until you see someone called Muse. Talk to her to get the album. Oh no, she says shes all out of albums but she says if she had a Snow crystal sphere she could make another one or something like that. Now head back out of aqua road and go to El Nath. Find and talk to Alcaster in the Market area and he'll tell you to get 100 snow crystals from leattys. Get the 100 snow crystals and talk to Alcaster again. You have now obtained the Snow Crystal Sphere. Head back all the way to Aqua Road and talk to Muse again. Hazzah! You finally got the Album. Head back up to orbis and talk to the fairy and she will give you either 60%/10% shoe scrolls for speed or jump. You will also get 12000 EXPERIENCE!!! I suggest to people to do this quest if you can kill leattys easily or it won't really be worth it.
