Rest of time only fill str for good attack when lvl 70 u fill so u get 70 dex.

lvl 37 (+1 triple swing max) so wait and do the next job quest then take 2 combo drain)
lvl 38-45 Not fill anything wait to the next job quest lvl 45 then max combo smash and +1 pole arm mastery)
lvl 46 (+3 pole arm mastery)
lvl 47 (+3 pole arm mastery)
