Bob the Snail
Description
This monster is interestingly enough based off player-created lore surrounding a random Snail that spawns in Drake's Meal Table inside the Ant Tunnel, a very odd location. It has been adopted into a real monster due to its popularity. Surprisingly, it can jump and moves pretty fast, for a snail. No one has been able to calculate Bob's exact age but he appears to be even older than Grendel. Bob proves that big things come in small packages through his heroism by saving someone from the drakes. Bob the Snail's spawn rate is low. Its shell is needed for Jay's Curiosity quest.
It was rumour that killing Bob would cause any upgrade scroll to work for that player. This however was proven to be false by the user "grandmagebob" on Youtube.
- In Maple Global he is actually referred to as Bob the Snale.
- In MapleSEA he is nothing but a snail he does not jump nor does anything, he acts only like a normal snail.
Interesting bit of trivia: Despite the fact that Bob the snail's age cannot be calculated, if he is older than Grendel, one wonders how old the oldest living snail is, Mano?

Common Location
- Drake's Meal Table - As of patch .72 on GMS, Bob has been patched back into the Drake's Meal Table Map, according to the Maple Global website.
