How to make it better

If you jump and soul rush at the same time, you get a much better rush. The easy way to do this is to assign soul rush to X (sitting is useless anyways). This way, you can press Alt and X at the same time since they're right next to each other.
I'm not sure, but at high levels, jumprushing might even beat Flash Jump.

Skill level by progression

• Level 1: MP -60, and move a pre-established distance.
• Level 2: MP -55, and move a pre-established distance
• Level 3: MP -50, and move a pre-established distance
• Level 4: MP -45, and move a pre-established distance
• Level 5: MP -40, and move a pre-established distance
• Level 6: MP -35, and move a pre-established distance
• Level 7: MP -30, and move a pre-established distance
• Level 8: MP -25, and move a pre-established distance
• Level 9: MP -20, and move a pre-established distance
• Level 10: MP -15, and move a pre-established distance

Notes

• Cannot use this skill when you jumping or on the sky.
