Procedure

  1. Talk to Porchay in Nautilus : Generator Room
  2. You'll be given Porchay's Letter
  3. Head over to Aquarium and talk to Kenta

  2. Collect 40 Seahorse Tails
  3. Talk to Kenta again
  4. Receive Whalean Canned Food
