Accessed by clicking frames at Frame Room. A map but also a quest.

Procedure

1. Talk to Masked Gentleman.
2. Go to Frame Room and click the frames starting from the north-west direction, skipping the middle picture of a man.(that picture would be the last to be clicked)
3. Talk to Joey within 3 minutes. Note that there is a timer.
