The Archer is the first job advancement for a Bowman.
Becoming An Archer
After you create a new character and have decided to become an archer, make sure you are level 10 and have at least 25 DEX. Go to Athena Pierce in Henesys. She is in Henesys Park. Once you have spoken with her, you are an archer.
