2x EXP/Drop Card Compensation
Dear Maplers,
We have compensated those whose 2x EXP and Drop cards did not work on Christmas Day. Maple Points were awarded as of yesterday's 1.14.09 server maintenance.
Here is what you should have received:
4 Hour Drop Coupon- 1500 Maple Point, equivalent to 4 hours 2x Drop coupon
4 Hour EXP Coupon - 2000 Maple Point, equivalent to 4 hour 2x EXP coupon
1 Day Drop Coupon - 4000 Maple Point, equivalent to 1 day 2x Drop coupon

Patches and Updates
[Content Patch] Ver. 0.63
MapleStory will be going through a scheduled Patch on Tuesday, December 16th, 2008.
This one involves the game servers, and it'll last for approximately 12 hours and 40 minutes.

(Wednesday, December 17th, 6:00 am ~ 6:40 pm GMT)

What is a Content Patch?
New content has to mesh well with our version, and since we have unique content, there?s always a possibility that it could affect another area of the game, so we have to test it. After we complete testing and everything is working, the game will be open to everyone.

If this fails, please download the manual patch. If manual patch does not work, please re-download the new game client. Check our FAQ section for more information.

Patches and Updates
Urgent Server Check on 16/01
Dear Maplers,
There will be an urgent server check on the 16th January 2009 for all worlds starting from 1815HRS (+8 GMT) to 1900hrs (+8 GMT). The game service will be down in channel sequence.
Please do not access the affected channels mentioned in the slide notice to prevent any item loss. Other channels will not be affected.
The urgent server check is conducted to resolve an error found in the "Making my own Christmas Socks" quest to prevent anyone from completing it.

[Apology] to 24/12's Unexpected Server Restart
Dear Maplers,
We truly apologise for any inconveniences you might encounter by unexpected server restarts on 24/12. As compensation, we’ve decided to extend the time of 2x Exp and 2x Drop Rate event on 3rd January 2009 and 4th January 2009. 2x Exp and Drop Rate event on 3rd Jan and 4th Jan will start 1 hour ahead, to sum it up, each 2x Exp and Drop Rate event scheduleed on 3rd Jan and 4th Jan will be from 0900hrs(PST) - 1200hrs (PST).
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience again, thank you for your patience and understanding.
