Requirements

  • Available to all
  • Level 40 and above

Procedure

  1. Talk to Elpam. He is found in NLC
  2. Head to the Krakian Jungle Basin or Ice Chamber in New Leaf City. Go in and hunt Electrophant and collect 60 Temporal Fragments that they drop.
  3. Return to talk to Elpam

  • You don't have to go all the way to Ludibrium in order to do this quest anymore.
