Horntail

Description

• Horntail is currently the most overweight monster in MapleGlobal, MapleSEA and Japan MS and is the final boss of the Riprey Party Quest
• The fight is divided into 3 parts:
  • Left Head, in which you fight Horned Tail's Left Head
  • Right Head, in which you fight Horned Tail's Right Head
  • A final fight against the whole monster as displayed above.

The Full Body

• The final dragon has multiple body parts, each with their own stats and abilities, much like the first part of the Zakum fight.
• The parts include:
  • Left Hand of a Soul Tail
  • Right Hand of a Soul Tail
  • Legs of a Soul Tail
  • Wings of a Soul Tail
  • Head A of a Soul Tail
  • Head B of a Soul Tail
  • Head C of a Soul Tail.

Note

• Only a handfull of people have managed to kill this monster. When a player does manage to kill it, a messege is sent to all players in all worlds saying, "After much struggle, --- has managed to kill the horntail." only the person that does the most damage gets their name in the messege.
• Horntail drops Horned Tail Necklace.
