1st Job Advancement
Go to Henesys and talk to Athena Pierce You must be at least Level 10 with a certain DEX requirment Athena Pierce will give you a bow and arrows

2nd Job Advancement
Head over to Henesys and meet Athena Pierce. He'll give you a letter then you will have to meet the Bowman Job Instructor who is located at Road to the Dungeon. Talk to him then he'll bring you into the test arena.
You will have to fight yellow Evil Eyes. Be careful of them as they will over-mob you. Stock up on potions before you go. Probably white and blue potions. These will prevent you from dying. The Evil Eyes will drop dark marbles and you must collect 30 of them, then pass it to the instructer. I don't know what happens next, Im still tying to pass, have tried but died. It's quite tough but soon you will get the hang of it. Try to put potions on your keys for easy usage and jump on the ropes once you are left with 100 hp or less.
