• Talk to Elpam. He is found in NLC
• Head all the way over to the Clocktower in Ludibrium. Go in and hunt Tick-Tock and collect 60 Temporal Fragments that he drops.
• Return to talk to Elpam

• one random dark scroll for glove ATT, i guess that means either 30% or 70%.
  • 70% Dark Scroll for Gloves for ATT
