Procedure

1. Talk to Ghosthunter Bob in Ludibrium : Forgotten Path of Time (1)
2. He'll give you Timer's Egg Cracked
3. Feed the Timer's Egg 30 Springy Worms by double-clicking open the Timer's Egg Cracked and dragging a Springy Worm on top of it
4. Once it is fully grown, talk to Ghosthunter Bob again
