Description
- A robot from the future who has a messege. Unfortanetly, he seems to be having trouble with errors and batteries.

- Jumper Cables may have something to do with this NPC. Also, some monsters apparently drop "batteries' , but i have not confirmed, but people on Basil Market have witnessed monsters dropping batteries. Another NPC that is involved with the ITCG card trading system.
