Description
- Talk to Elpam. He is found in NLC
- Head all the way over to the Clocktower in Ludibrium. Go in and hunt Tick-Tock and collect 60 Temporal Fragments that he drops.
- Return to talk to Elpam
Rewards
- 9500 Experience Points
- one random dark scroll for glove ATT, i guess that means either 30% or 70%.
