Available to all over Level 34
- Talk to Rocky the Repairman at Toy Factory - Main Process 2 in Ludibrium.
- Collect / Refine 30 Screws. The NPC Pi in Ludibrium Village can refine the screws for you.
- Collect 50 Cogs.
- Speak to him again.
