- Talk to Pio in Amherst.
- Collect 10 Old Wooden Boards and 10 Old Screws by hitting the scrap boxes in and around Amherst.
- Return to Pio and give him the collected items.
Rewards
- 200 Mesos
- 100 Experience Points
