Template talk:Delete

We all have to decide on one delete template...So far there is:

• {{afd}}
• {{delete}}
• {{deletion}}

and yes, those are all different versions of the same thing. They all look like this, in the order above:

• This template talk is marked to be deleted.
  If you believe it shouldn't be, please post the reason in the template talk talk page.

• This template talk is marked to be deleted.

Personally, I like the second one the best. Just because of the link thing, though. I would like the template to be entitled {{deletion}}...or maybe use the command form: "{{delete}}!" I don't like the {{afd}} title, just because it's so gosh dang hard to remember!

Subst and remove categories

Shouldn't we subst the examples above and remove the categories? Because that the moment, the transclusion is also adding the "Articles for deletion" category to this page. We wouldn't want anybody accidentally deleting this talkpage, even if it can be undone.--Sunny910910 19:31, 5 April 2008 (CDT)
