- I Need Help On My Homework! must be completed
Procedure
- Talk to Icarus in Kerning
- Talk to Wing the Fairy
- Collect 50 Medicine With Weird Vibes
- Collect 20 Witchgrass Leaf
- Take the items to Wing the Fairy and receive the Flying Pill
- Take the Flying Pill to Icarus
Rewards
- 13100 Exp Points
- Icarus Cape (1)
