The top platform is small while the middle one is the size of the bottom floor on Henesys's Hunting Ground 1. In this Hidden Street, you usually have the whole map to yourself and the Blue Mushrooms give great drops such as level 35 Thief equipment and the occasional Gold Ore, which fetches a decent sum of mesos in the Free Market. This is a good place to do the Pio and the Blue Mushroom quest.
