Helios Tower, release recently in MapleGlobal is a tower located east of Ludibrium.
Helios Tower has 100 floors but only 3 floors (and a first floor Library) are available because of an elevator. This elevator between the 99th and 2nd floors departs every 5 minutes and takes 5 mintues (In KoreaMS, but in MapleGlobal it only takes 1 minute to reach its destination.)
