Description
Use MP to throw 2 throwing stars and apply damage based on LUK, regardless of the level of the character's Claw Mastery.

The main characteristic of this formula is that minimum damage is always the half of maximum damage, and that DEX and STR won't affect the damage, only LUK. Maximum damage for each star:
