This quest is split up into 2 parts.

You will also initiate Part 2 of the quest.

Go to Betty in Ellinia and talk to her. Make sure you have the fossil box and the letter of recommendation. And it's done!

Winston is located in East Rocky Mountain II. Go east two screens from Perion, then go to the portal at the top.
You can have no more than 100 of each type of fossil, even if you have enough inventory space.
The monsters do not always drop the fossils.
