- Refine this item with one Amethyst, one AquaMarine, one Black Crystal, one Diamond, one Emerald, one Garnet, one Opal, one Sapphire, and one Topaz at Arwen the Fairy.Pi, or Vogen.
- Obtain this item by completing Sabitrama's Anti-Aging Medicine (Level 50) quest.
- You can also get it by defating a master monster but I can't remember which.

- Needed to complete Rewakening the Gladius (Level 45) quest.
- Needed to complete Alcaster And The Dark Crystal (Level 60) quest.
