• Can be fought in channel 1.
• The required level to fight Chaos Horntail is 110.
• Entry requirements are the same as normal Horntail.

When Chaos Horntail and Chaos Zakum are defeated, 2 mysterious figures appear. They say this:

"호오.. 용사의 후예들이여, 진정 나를 즐겁게 만드는구나.. 하지만 이 정도의 힘으로 우리들을 쓰러뜨릴 수는 없는 일… 하물며 그분에게 저항하는 것은 있을 수 없는 일이지… 이제 때가 되었도다. 곧 온 세상에 어둠의 장막이 드리워지게 될 것이다. 그리고, 위대한 자의 부활과 함께… 너희 모두는 어둠의 힘 앞에 무릎을 꿇게 되리라. 하하하하!"
