Requirements
- Available to all
- Level 40 and above
- Lost! quest finished
Procedure
- Talk to Elpam. He is found in NLC
- Head to the Krakian Jungle Basin or Ice Chamber in New Leaf City. Go in and hunt Electrophant and collect 60 Temporal Fragments that they drop.
- Return to talk to Elpam

- You don't have to go all the way to Ludibrium in order to do this quest anymore.
